Although an Oklahoma judge was correct to vacate a divorce mistakenly granted to a same-sex couple, he should have held a hearing on the matter instead of dismissing the case, the state's high court has ruled. The decision sends the matter back to a lower court to reconsider the divorce case of Cait O'Darling and her spouse, Stephanie, who were married in 2002 in Toronto.
