We doomed! We're Doomed! And it is all becasue of . . .gay marriage?

Yup: “Homosexual 'Marriage' May Seal the Fate of a Declining Culture”

 

There’s a story on the self-proclaimed “Christian Newswire” that says so, and they wouldn’t lie to us.

 

They wouldn’t publish inane articles just to whip up hysteria and raise  money or even just to sell a book.

 

Fox News might do that. But Not The proclaimed “Christian Newswire.”

 

But wait – turns out this news release is from “author Anthony Esolen writes that the fall of the Greeks was due to the fact that by the fifth century, traditional values of right and wrong had been swept aside to make way for moral relativism that declared ‘right’ was whatever a majority wished it to be.”   

 

My church history book says that Christianity became the official religion of the Roman Empire around the 4^th century. Has this author uncovered more evidence of gay marriages at the dawn of the Christian era?

 

Is this author saying Christianity led the Roman Empire into decline Horrors! I thought it was the lead pipes.

 

“Californians may not notice the results of homosexual marriage tomorrow, but the concept of marriage will eventually be destroyed, weakening the state and the rest of the nation,” says the author.

 

But this doesn’t gibe with what people are seeing on their TV screens as people marry in California. SO maybe if we all work against the amendment, we will be able to preserve gay marriage in California?
